Being highly experienced with a real passion for people, transformation and service development. Integral to this is ensuring strong relationships with multidisciplinary clinical and corporate teams at all levels. Having delivered on start-up services at local, regional and national levels, within both public and independent sectors. Jane has achieved this through putting teams and those using them at the core. Transforming services requiring a fresh approach to facilitate improvement in performance and governance. Jane ensures that working collaboratively is fostered, with internal and external stakeholders whilst encouraging innovation , which creates a sustainable move forward ; this can be applied at service to system level. A digital first and lean approach to all programmes and projects has been a longstanding driver in all areas of Jane’s work.
